Dental Implants and Oral Surgery
Oral and maxillofacial surgeons Robert E. Bell, DDS, David J. Smith, DDS, Spencer J. Anderson, DDS, and Timothy J. Bunnell, DDS practice a full scope of surgical dentistry, including dental implants and wisdom tooth removal. Our surgeons treat facial trauma, TMJ issues, facial pain, and bone grafting procedures. With nearly 50 years of combined experience, we offer exemplary dental care with compassion and reassurance. We aim to work with you toward better oral health and your personal esthetic goals.
While dental procedures are routine for us as oral surgeons, these surgeries can be unexpected and potentially intimidating for patients. We ease our patient’s perturbation with a genuine and curated touch. We develop relationships with our patients through compassion and integrity.
We understand the importance of patient education. Our front office explains the upcoming appointment with pre-operative instructions to ensure the consultation or surgical procedure goes as smoothly as possible. Once you are in our care, our surgical team shares in-depth details about what patients can expect post-surgery by delivering vital information through videos and post-operative instructions. We confidently share our expertise with our patients. In addition, we have a doctor on call 24 hours a day if the situation arises.
Our surgeons are Doctors of Dental Surgery (DDS) with considerable additional training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Four years of post-graduate residency have honed our skills in challenging areas such as oral pathology, orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, and bone grafting. Continuing education keeps us current with the latest technologies and newest dental surgical techniques. Completing the rigorous certification process shows that our surgeons are prepared to treat patients at the highest level of oral surgery care. Our staff is trained in IV sedation within our state-of-the-art office setting.
